Every embroidered collar is customized to your pup's neck based on neck measurement. Please be as accurate as possible when submitting this number. We will make sure you can adjust the collar both a bit tighter as well as looser once the item has been embroidered. Please do not add length to your measurement before submitting it.

Absolutely! We recommend washing PJP collars, leashes & harnesses on cold and laying flat to dry. Iron if desired.
